REQUEST FOR ACADEMIC TRANSCRIPT

LETTER OF REQUEST

A Letter of Request should be addressed to the Registrar and sent via email to registrar@augustineuniversity.edu.ng .

The letter MUST include the following:

  • - Name of applicant 
  • - Matriculation number of applicant
  • - Department of the applicant.
  • - Name and full address to which the transcript would be sent. The post code of the country must be clearly stated on the address of foreign institutions.
  • - Please be informed that you are expected to attach evidence of payment to the letter

 

Please note that we do not send official academic transcripts to individuals or agents. All Official Academic Transcripts are sent directly to tertiary Institutions. Therefore, when applying, kindly provide the correct address of the Institution to which you would like us to send your transcripts.
